Product and price
We sell the album BEVI. DIMENTICA. OBBEDISCI. in two versions:
- CD Standard Edition: the CD.
- Deluxe Edition: a numbered box set in a limited edition, containing: the CD; a clicky stress-relief button with a cat face and an NFC chip that takes you to the ALMA website; ALMA stickers; the certificate of a donation to a cat shelter.
Price and shipping cost are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) on the payment page, before you confirm the order. The total you see there is what you pay us.
Orders to Italy are shipped from within Italy: no customs and no extra charges on delivery.
Order and payment
You order through the secure Stripe payment page, by card or the other methods offered (for example Apple Pay). The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed: you receive a receipt by email.
Shipping
We only ship to Switzerland and Italy, by post. Delivery usually takes 5-10 working days for the CD and 5-12 for the Deluxe Edition. If the parcel does not arrive, write to us and we will sort it out together.
Right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union (for example in Italy) you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the CD, without giving a reason. Just write to [email protected] something like: "I hereby withdraw from the purchase of the CD BEVI. DIMENTICA. OBBEDISCI., ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name, address."
Then send the CD back within 14 days of your message. We refund the price and standard shipping within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method; we may wait until we have received the CD before refunding you. The cost of sending the record back is yours.
Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply if you have opened the sealed packaging of the CD, as the law provides for sealed audio recordings. The same applies to the Deluxe Edition: withdrawal is only possible if the CD is still sealed and you return the complete package.
For purchases in Switzerland the law gives no right of withdrawal for online purchases; but if you have a problem with your order, write to us and we will find a solution.
Damaged or faulty CD
If the CD arrives broken or does not play, write to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery, ideally with a photo: we will send you a new one at no cost or refund you. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Personal data
The data you enter at checkout are used only to ship your CD and handle the order. All the details are in our privacy policy.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law; the place of jurisdiction is Lugano. If you buy as a consumer and live in another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country still apply.
